DESIGN

Meticulous attention to detail means process control and automation systems will be designed correctly from the outset. This approach is proven to reduce the time and effort involved in implementation. Peak42 seeks to provide long-lasting solutions using the best technologies.

DEVELOPMENT & TESTING

This includes staging the entire control system solutions off site to ensure the software is free of errors and will perform. These can include control applications, IT platform builds, SCADA/HMI, scripting, data historian, MIS/reporting, and complex IT/OT network configurations.

INSTRUMENTATION

Peak42 prides itself on its ability to offer a complete instrumentation specification and loop design service. These are bespoke and the services are provided to customers in a wide range of industries and market sectors.

PANEL DESIGN & TESTING

The depth of knowledge within the team at Peak42 means that panels can be designed to meet very exact requirements. Peak42 will manage the build from design through to complete testing and commissioning.

SUPPORT

Peak42 Support allows the delivery of post installation activities under a bespoke service level agreement defined with our customers. Using secure remote access platforms, Peak42 is able to provide a responsive service for the most plant critical control systems.

VALIDATION DOCUMENTATION

Peak42 manages every aspect of a client’s computer system validation to meet industry-specific protocols and provides the requisite associated evidence packs. The team has a track record in working to GAMPx or bespoke Computer System Validation standards.

SITE INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

All necessary on-site activities are planned meticulously and are carried out in line with client’s and Peak42’s own stringent health and safety regulations and compliance with CDM regulations 2015. Peak42 is a SafeContractor company with NEBOSH qualified senior managers.
